Arena

This is where all the action happens!

Main arena (approximately 245’ x 130’)
Staging ring (approximately 70’ x 130’)
Raised bleachers with 300-400 spectator seating capacity
Equipment - barrels, poles, jumps, trail equipment, roping boxes, chutes, timing system, scoreboards, etc.
Footing - 14” of natural footing on top of arena floor. Bottom 10-12" is packed with the top layer groomed for specific events.
Show office included with event bookings in the main arena

Barn and animal wash bay

The barn space is 279 feet long and 105 feet wide and features an animal wash bay.

The Barn

120 temporary 10’x10’ stalls
2 fully contained accessible washrooms (mirror, sink, change table)
13 fully contained washrooms (mirror and sink)
Power capabilities – independent 20-amp circuits for each stall
Barn Office available as support space for events (digital screen available for stall assignments or show schedules)

Animal Wash Bay

8 temperature-controlled hose bibs
4’ tie off rail with 10 temporary wash racks that can be installed based on users’ preference
Textured flooring to ensure the wet floor is safe for animals to walk on

Several large, open field spaces for outdoor events or support spaces

Multi-purpose rooms

Located just off the main lobby, this is a multi-functional room that can be divided into two and is equipped with multple 15-amp plugs.

The full room (32’ x 20’) can fit up to 34 people for meetings.
Pointe Meeting Room 1 (17’ X 20’) will fit up to 16 people and is equipped with an 86" display screen with integrated audio and camera. This room can also serve as a concession area as it is equipped with a sink, mini-fridge and roll-up window with access to the main arena.
Pointe Meeting Room 2 (15’ X 20’) will fit up to 16 people and is equipped with an 86" display screen. With direct access to the main arena, this room also serves as the show office and is included in arena event bookings.

For live streamed events, a mobile hardwired connection point is available at several locations, providing secure hardwired internet and audio system connections that can be used throughout the facility.

Pointe Room 1 and 2 each have a large (86-inch) display screen with PC and laptop inputs, audio system and wall mounted camera
TV screens (55") available throughout the facility for communications
Top of the line sound throughout the facility
Features multiple interior and exterior speakers to allow for quality communications to competitors and event attendees
User friendly paging system that allows for numerous zones to be selected for announcements and music
Portable audio and music input boxes
Wireless handheld microphones with coverage through the facility

Accessibility

Assistive listening with bluetooth earpieces that sync up with the audio visual system
Support animals and guide dogs welcome

Building features

Flooring and air quality

Arena spaces will use barriers to enclose the footing within the arena rails
10-12" of packed natural footing that will serve as the base and the top layer will be manipulated suit the needs of different events
Concrete floor has a textured finish to ensure there is proper grip for animals and people and allows for better biosecurity by disinfecting down to the floor
Animal wash bay features an added depth of texture to ensure safety
The facility features a robust air exchange system that can be adjusted for different seasons in both the Arena and Barn.

Food and vendor services

Space for food trucks to service events in front visitor drop-off area.
Vendor-run BBQ tents can be used to generate revenue, or groups may choose to cater food in.
