Construction is now complete! The Pointe Agricultural Event Centre opened on August 23, 2025.
Construction fun facts
- First concrete pour was on May 31, 2024 - in the arena alone, there was 1,079 cubic metres of cement poured.
- To put that in perspective, a 1,000 sq ft home has about 30 cubic meters of cement for the foundation.
- Roughly 145 cement trucks were used for a total weight of 5.33M lbs
